Pole Dance Fitness is a fun, exciting and effective way to exercise and improve your fitness. It’s nothing like going to the gym, but it provides comparable results. Pole Dance Fitness classes will:

What to Expect:

Pole Dance Fitness classes are fun, friendly, supportive and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Learn at your own pace with confidence, and be surprised at just how much progress you will make.

We provide various levels of Pole Dance Fitness classes. Each level is structured into 8 weekly sessions lasting 1 hour. A typical class consists of a warm up, dynamic stretching and mobility, muscle strength and endurance training, pole spins, tricks and choreography, followed by a cool down section.

Levels of Pole Dance Fitness classes:

  • Beginners – for people with little or no experience of Pole Dance Fitness. Learn how to perform pole spins, moves and transitions and how to link them together into a full pole routine. On completion of the 8 week term you will experience a real difference in your overall strength and stamina, and be really chuffed at how much you're able to do on the pole.
     
  • Intermediate – builds on the foundations laid in the Beginners level, developing your pole skill and strength to prepare you gradually and safely for pole climbs, upright aerial poses and inverts. At this stage we introduce new and challenging spins, tricks and combinations, as well as more complex choreography.
     
  • Advanced and Super Advanced – allow students to extend their advanced level tricks repertoire and to work on combining gravity-defying feats on the pole in combinations and transitions.

Pole Dance Fitness is challenging and physically demanding, whilst at the same time enjoyable and very rewarding. If you’ve been considering getting yourself in shape and want to try something completely different, then Pole Dance Fitness is for you!
